Canadian Championships: Short Dance



Virtue/Moir and Weaver/Poje are in a virtual tie after the short dance.
Virtue/Moir are the favourite to win this competition, but a Tessa's step out on the twizzles cost them about three or more points. (68.41)

Weaver/Poje skated their best earning 68.27. They received level four for twizzles and the straight line lift, level three and two on the rumba sequences and a level three also for the circular steps.

The newly formed Piper/Gilles dance team debuted with a third place finish short (62.78). They received a very good technical score (comparable to Weaver/Poje and superior to Virtue/Moir) but lost some points on the components
